VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Welcome to my listing for my amazing little polymer Clay wedding couples, first and foremost, please ignore the date of delivery in the listing, this is just to allow me to list them on Etsy/my website. Once you have paid, I will give you a creation date for your topper, which should be around 6 to 7 weeks prior to your wedding (if you’ve booked in advance) or if you are a late booking, it will be closer to the wedding date.

The process:

1. Please check date availability before ordering or order and then message me with your wedding date (I will check that I can deliver in time for you and you will get an actual creation date for your topper, this will reassure you at all times)- ****If you order without checking with me first and I'm unable to honour the wedding date, you will receive a full refund immediately as I am not able to take my diary overbooked****
2. These listings are just an example of my work, each piece is fully personalised to you and your wedding outfits and hair, photos will be required by your creation date.

Once paid, I will follow up with a confirmation email, with forms to complete and a timeline on how I work along with your creation date that is set. I will ask for photos from you, these are on a form that is sent to you and details exactly what I need from you to make them as personalised as possible. I will then complete your order in my shop to transfer you to my care.

Size :

Toppers normally stand around 20cm tall and are placed on a 13cm base, although this can be changed to suit your own needs and all toppers will be specifically made to fit your cake.

Models only - This is your personalised Wedding cake toppers - fully covered by accidental damage for life.

Models plus Display case - This is a fully made to measure service that you cannot buy in a shop. I will measure your models up once they are complete and order your case to send to you.

Models plus Display case and service - A top notch service that I offer to Lucy's Toppers Customers only. Once you have had your big day, you send the models back to me and I will freshen them, reinforce all joints and fix any blemishes or things that you aren't happy with, before then mounting them securely into the case for you and sending them back by special courier.
